ABOUT ME

I’m a BAFTA-winning Offline and Online Editor with extensive experience across commercials, documentaries, drama, music videos, art installations and branded content. Having worked with leading creative agencies and directly with clients, my work has contributed to award-winning campaigns across the advertising industry.

With a strong foundation in short-form storytelling and a considered approach to long-form editing, I combine creative instinct with technical precision. My expertise spans offline and online editing, 2D VFX, post-production workflows, colour and sound integration, media localisation, reversioning, compliance and delivery across multiple formats and platforms.

Passionate about finding the heart of a story, I balance the bigger picture with the detail and emotion of each moment. I work collaboratively with directors, producers, creative teams and clients to deliver compelling, polished content from initial edit through to final master.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro; some experience in DaVinci Resolve and Avid.

  • Offline and online editing across scripted and unscripted content, from short-form campaigns to long-form productions.

  • End-to-end post-production workflow management, from ingest and media preparation through to mastering, delivery and archive.

  • Extensive knowledge of digital camera formats, codecs and post-production workflows.

  • Conforming, colour and sound integration, motion graphics, 2D VFX and finishing.

 

Online, Finishing & Delivery

  • Colour grading workflows and coordination with colourists and post-production facilities.

  • Sound design integration, audio finishing and EBU loudness compliance.

  • 2D animation, motion graphics and VFX using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects.

  • Quality control, including audio/video checks, loudness analysis, PSE testing and technical reporting.

  • Broadcast mastering and delivery, with extensive UK broadcast experience and some US ATSC delivery experience.

  • Subtitling, captions, audio description, transcription, localisation and multi-territory reversioning.

  • Extensive experience with DPP, Ofcom and Clearcast requirements, and delivery to broadcast, cinema, social and online video platforms.

Technical & On-Set Expertise

  • VFX supervision, including on-set capture for post-production, 360° panoramas, HDRI and point-cloud capture.

  • Digital imaging technician (DIT) experience, including data wrangling, checksum verification, secure backups and camera department support.

  • Camera operation across RED, ARRI, DSLR and compact cinema camera systems.
